“I find everything I need in here! Yes the aisles are a little small, but I think they do a good job of keeping the store well stocked and organized as possible. I love stopping in to grab what I need. I will say that I’ve struggled to find consistent packs of the same hair and colors, and the shelves are stuffed so it’s a bit hard to get what you need if you are looking for something specific in the hair aisles.”

“Went in and spoke with the lady that was going to do my braids. Told her I wanted a small braids she said OK I can do for you. Put me down in her appointment book. bought my Hair twopacks. The day of my appointment I showed up on time she started out my braids small like I liked, and then she started to rush. She had someone show up. She had another appointment which she knew it was gonna take a while to do my hair, but because she was in a rush, she decided to do Bigger medium braids that I do not like she did not provide me with a mirror to check the braids out before I left it was later in the evening. I messaged her and told her that I did not like them that they was not small like I asked, she told me she gave me medium because of my head size. That’s what she wanted to give me and I told her that was very unprofessional because that’s not what I asked and she told me next time I gave you micros I told her I do not want micros. I just wanted small braids. Do not recommend. Trying to do micros just to try to get more money out of me.”

“Usually happy with my purchases here but this particular time I am dissatisfied. I purchased two sleeping bonnets for my daughter and they had one price on the orange sticker but when we got to the register the price was higher. When we asked about the orange sticker price at the register, we were told that they made a "mistake" and the orange sticker was removed by the cashier and we were charged the higher price. Because it was a so called "mistake" on the staffs behalf I feel like the orange sticker price should have been honored.”
